Buffalo Chicken Pizza

1 recipe pizza crust
¼ tsp salt
2 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup celery, chopped
2-3 TB brown sugar
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ tsp Tabasco sauce (opt)
1 tsp fresh parsley
1 ½ cups cooked chicken
½ cup ketchup
¼ cup ranch dressing
1 TB vinegar

Preheat oven to 400. Roll pizza crust out on pizza pan. Chop tomatoes and celery and mix with grated cheese and parsley in a bowl. In a small bowl combine: ketchup, vinegar, Tabasco, salt, garlic and brown sugar. Add cooked chicken. Spread chicken mixture over pizza dough. Spread cheese mixture over chicken. Bake 20-22 minutes. Drizzle with ranch dressing.

Pizza Crust

1 ½ cup warm water
1 ½ tsp. salt
1 TB sugar
1 TB oil
1 TB yeast
4 cups flour

Preheat oven to 400. Sprinkle yeast over warm water and sugar and wait until dissolved. Add oil and salt. Add flour and stir until smooth, may need to knead. Cover and let rise for 10 minutes. Divide dough in half. Roll each half out into a circular shape on a pizza pan/ stone. Put on desired toppings and let raise about 10 minutes more. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.

**Second crust can be made into breadsticks if desired
