Chicken Enchiladas II

6 boneless chicken breasts
1 T. Butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
8 oz. cheddar cheese
1 can diced green chilies
1 c. green chili salsa (Herdez Verde Salsa)
1/2 c. chopped cilantro
4 tsp. ground cumin
12-15 7 in. flour tortillas


Cook chicken, Saute onions, bell pepper,red pepper, green chilies,
green chili salsa, cilantro and cumin. Combine all together and put
into tortillas with cheddar cheese. Put into a pan and top with:

1c. whipping cream and 1/2 c. chicken broth

Then top with 10 oz. Jack cheese.

Bake at 375 for 30 min.
